To schedule an appointment for a LiveHelp session, please send
an e-mail to help@alliedhomenet.com
indicating the nature of your issues, contact information, and a time that would
be most convenient for your session. LiveHelp allows you to contact your help desk
staff directly via the internet. You can ask a simple question via a chat window
or if need be, you can allow the representative to can take control of your
computer right then and show you how to do it!

Create a user logon during your initial visit, and you'll be able to track the
progress of your HELP requests in real-time status.
